Jurgen Klopp: What I told my players at half-time against Arsenal
Arsene Wenger accepts Arsenal needs to do business before the close of the transfer window after seeing his side go down 4-3 to Liverpool in its Premier League opener on Sunday.

The Reds won a dramatic opening day game 4-3.
Arsenal’s defense was shredded by Liverpool’s fluent passing and clinical finishing.
Mane’s quoted in the Daily Mirror, saying: “I am very happy to be at Liverpool”.
Speaking to the club’s website after the game, Klopp explained: “Scoring four goals is wonderful, conceding three is the opposite of that emotion”.
“The thing I don’t understand is, we’ve been told that Arsenal are wealthy, that they have money, that we can compete against anyone in the market”, Henry told Sky Sports. “If you don’t play them you miss them”.
Ramsey succumbed to exactly the sort of injury that Wenger had sought to avoid in leaving out Koscielny, midfielder Mesut Ozil and striker Olivier Giroud, and Wenger admitted the squad was undercooked for the season. He must not forget that he does not have an infinite credit anymore and Arsenal fans have become more anxious and impatient.
“We are not ready physically”, said Wenger.
“It’s always desperate because there’s not much time left but I don’t know what you’d call desperate, it has to make sense and be quality”.
There was no need for such excuses from Mourinho, whose first league game in charge of United was a far more comfortable affair.
“Until the 31st August why should I decide anything?” said Klopp. “I don’t think so”.
With Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City beating Sunderland 2-1 on Saturday, and Chelsea hosting West Ham in a London derby on Monday night, United’s victory was an important one, at least psychologically.
