Actually this man Toby Sheldon, 33, is a big fan of Justin Bieber. He just wanted to look like. So he decided for his face surgery to look like Justin Bieber.

In a conversation, this man said that his smile, lips texture was not as actually as Justin Bieber, so finally he decided to step for surgery one by one. He also said that the only surgery of his lips costs around $15,000. He took almost one month to recover from this hard surgery.
