Justin Timberlake says he’s ‘absolutely’ down to work with Britney Spears

It’s been 14 years since Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears dated but according to recent interviews from the two pop stars, they could get back together: to make music.

In a Q&A with fans, Spears was asked who her dream collaborators were and she responded: “Aerosmith seems really good and bright”.

“It seems like a insane idea, so I don’t know. I shouldn’t be able to whisper to you right now and you hear me, ‘” the nine-time Grammy Award victor said with a laugh Wednesday morning, the day after “Justin Timberlake + The Tennessee Kids” made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The 35-year-old singer said he is “absolutely” up for penning a song with his ex-girlfriend and told her to give him a call. “I just feel like it’s so important to never have the cart before the horse when it comes to making a record”.

Timberlake told Reuters yesterday he was excited to bring the film to Netflix on October 12. News in reaction to Britney’s comment. “I just don’t think we were normal; there was nothing normal about our existence. I want them to both – kinda like that Michael-Janet Jackson type thing, would be incredible”.
