Justin Timberlake Tries (& Fails) to Write Seth Meyers’ New Theme Song
So it’s a little disconcerting-like bumping into a work colleague when you’re out to dinner with friends on a Saturday night-to see Timberlake hanging out with Seth Meyers, in a pre-taped sketch involving singing and tomfoolery. Republican up-and-comer Carly Fiorina appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and even sang a song about her dogs.

Comedian Meyers praised what he called the governor’s “reasonable” candidacy for the GOP presidential nomination, while acknowledging Kasich’s national polling has lagged since his strong performance in early-primary New Hampshire.
It looks like John Kasich got himself a new campaign donor last night.
“I think you wrote that song for Jimmy Fallon and he said no”, grilled the Late Night host.
Kasich hit his familiar campaign stump talking points of caring for “people in the shadows”, pointing to those with drug addictions and mental illnesses as a reason for expanding Medicaid in Ohio, something he has been criticized for doing by more conservative candidates. “I was just trying not to crash my auto into the wall”. “That’s when I knew it was time to leave”. “Get ready, everybody”, he said.
If Fallon had been in the driver’s seat of this bit, he probably would have gotten into it with Timberlake instead of suffering in silence before calling security.

“Do you know what a demolition derby is?” Then, referencing Kasich’s Pennsylvania roots: “You’re a Steelers fan who lives in Ohio”.
