Kansas girls found safe, TPD helping search for suspect father
They are believed to be in imminent danger.

Two young children were found a couple of hours after an Amber Alert was issued Wednesday morning, but the suspect was still at large.
They were taken from the Days Inn Hotel in the 7300 block of East Kellogg.
UPDATE 11:27AM – Layla and Lilly have been located safely; however authorities are still searching for David Hatcher.
Hatcher is believed to be driving a 2001 blue Grand Marquis with Arkansas temporary tags. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black hoodie and black shoes. The vehicle also has front-end and passenger-side damage and tinted windows.
“David Hatcher is described as a 24 year-old Black Man with black hair, brown eyes about 5’9” tall and weighing 160 pounds. Hatcher’s girlfriend was at the hotel with their two girls and her 1-year-old daughter, who was unharmed in the incident.
“Layla is 4’3” and weighs 50 pounds. Police said Hatcher has family in Oklahoma.
