Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West welcomed a baby boy early Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, in Los Angeles.

Kardashian-West made the announcement on her website, writing: “Saint West. 12.05.15”.
A source told Us Weekly that the couple referred to their second child as a saint throughout Kardashian’s pregnancy since she had such a hard time conceiving.
While Saint and its derivatives are not unusual as surnames in English and several other languages, it is highly rare as a first name, with the title usually bestowed by religious authorities.

Kim Kardashian is known for a popular TV show she has with her family called Keeping Up with the Kardashians. “North will always, you know, be better and be more… she has a better direction”. According to People Magazine, the news was shared by way of Kim’s website.
In fact, Kim said that she and Kanye weren’t really worrying about a name and that they wanted to meeet their son before settling on his moniker. Apparently, James Harden’s rumored girlfriend does not want her house turned into a hospital.

The name Saint is a far cry from popular predictions, which included Robert after Kardashian West’s late father or Easton, in the same directional vein as daughter North.
