Kanye, Kim K most likely won’t face charges for Swift recording
Country singer Taylor Swift is reportedly still considering a legal war against hip-hop couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.

However, at least she has a superhero to support her in the form of Tom who plays the evil Loki in Thor.
Kim Kardashian had released a video recording of the conversation between Swift and West discussing the controversial song.
The pop superstar, who has faced a backlash after a video of her phone call to West was posted on Snapchat, has had her bio changed a number of times on the site.
West rapped that he thinks he and Swift still might sleep together after their drama, gave himself credit for her fame and called her the B word.
In this case, Swift was apparently aware that she was on speakerphone and so knew she could be overheard. Swift posted a message on Instagram, writing that she didn’t know she was being recorded and that she was not told that she would be called a b**** in the song. “They are on a mission to destroy Taylor but there could be serious consequences, because they made the phone call from California where it is illegal to tape calls without permission”, the insider added.
The allegedly unapproved lyrics reads, “I feel like me and Taylor still might have sex / Why?”

Furthermore, she says West made several promises to her, including that he’d send her an advanced copy of the song for her approval which never happened. “You don’t get to control someone’s emotional response to being called “that b-tch” in front of the entire world”. Swift was not happy with the song once it was released and claimed she did not approve the lines referencing her. Just Jared published a series of now-deleted tweets from Anderson and boy were they something.
