Kanye West is kicking off New York Fashion Week premiering his latest collection, “Yeezy Season 4”.

On Saturday, West took to Twitter to post a casting call that specified for “multiracial women only”, adding that models should have “no makeup please, come as you are”.

The fashion industry has been criticized for their colorism when it comes to hiring female models.

To see the models in neutral coloured bodysuits and garments, continuing his signature theme, a New York Times Style reporter compared it to a “middle school field trip”.

Finally, the show officially began and models handed out water bottles to other models and then they all had to be responsible for those water bottles.

See how she rocked them this week below.

She said: “It would mean everything [to be in this show]”.

Model Amina Blue was having trouble with the shoes and just chose to do without them.

It’s Yeezy season yet again, and Kanye West continues to provide the world with more mystery, more controversy, and of course, more fashion.

Another tweeter noted Kanye’s specifications for models seem to reflect his own personal taste in women, as his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose and his current wife Kim Kardashian are both biracial. Chanel Iman and Teyana Taylor, the star of West’s “Fade” video, walked in the show.

West concluded: “That’s why I love you so much, cause as everybody knows, I love me so much”.
