Rapper Kanye West unveiled his “Yeezy Season 4” collection recently, and fashion fans were left gobsmacked at the “utter fiasco” of a show.

Kanye West made his anticipated return to New York Fashion Week on Wednesday with his Yeezy Season 4 fashion show. She shared her experience via Twitter, from learning that the setting was a former smallpox hospital to witnessing models faint from standing in the heat for too long.

In sweltering heat, set to a slow, morose soundtrack, Kanye West debuted the fourth season of his Yeezy collection for Adidas at a park memorializing Franklin D. Roosevelt’s famous four freedoms: of speech and worship, from want and fear. Stella went on to declare she wishes she’d never even turned up to the spectacular event and told her 12,000 followers they should boycott Kanye’s fashion line.

Kanye was reported involved in a traffic snarl-up on the way to the show, which was originally meant to start at 3pm, was then pushed back to 4, but didn’t end up starting until nearly 5pm. Among his other celeb guests: Pharrell, Spike Jonze and Tyga.

West’s wife Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were there but even their celebrity status were not enough to detract from the shambles. Music signees were front row with Lala, Anna Wintour and the Kardashians.

Robin Givhan, fashion critic at the Washington Post, was just as annoyed and asked: “Is this the show?”
