This adage certainly seems like the case of Kim Kardashian when her husband, Kanye West, gifted her a second diamond engagement ring.

“Kim’s ring is [color grade] D – flawless”, a Lorraine Schwartz rep told E! “He wanted the diamond to look like it was floating on air”, the representative added.
According to TMZ, the new Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring is 20 carats, which is six carats larger and three times more expensive than her original $1.3 million engagement ring.
