However, it was his sudden declaration of Bill Cosby’s innocence that sent social media into a tailspin on Tuesday evening.

Kanye West caused a Twitter storm recently when he sent out a controversial tweet in support of Bill Cosby. Another might be that he’d seen the news that a judge had dismissed Janice Dickinson’s defamation suit against Cosby’s ex-lawyer and mistook that small victory for the Cosby camp for a larger one.

Whilst Kanye hasn’t actually told us the title of the new album, he has offered up a clue on Twitter and tuned the whole thing into a competition.

Kanye West just posted a contentious tweet proclaiming Bill Cosby’s innocence.

A host of GIFs, Vines and memes of a perplexed Kanye West and partner Kim Kardashian were also used to convey the backlash felt by many over the comment.

Dozens of other women also have come forward to accuse Cosby of rape and unwanted sexual contact in incidents going back to the 1960s.

He’s been accused by more than fifty women of assaulting them over a number of decades. “Did he forget the names just like Steve Harvey?”.

After teasing fans with the initials of his upcoming album’s latest title, Kanye West has finally revealed the album’s name. On his Twitter account, West apologized to Jordan, noting that he “loves and respects” His Airness while saying his beef was with Nike CEO Mark Parker. Well, if you guessed The Life Of Pablo, you should be asking Kanye for those shoes because that’s what the album will be called.

Was West offering his honest opinion on Cosby’s myriad allegations?
