Karbonn launches budget Quattro L50 phone with 2GB RAM, 2600mAh battery

It has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory and a 32 GB microSD card slot.

Home grown company Karbonn has listed a new budget phone, aka Quattro L50 on its official website, without pricing and availability details.

To enhance the user experience for music lovers, Karbonn Quattro L50 HD offers audio enhancers, volume boosters and surround mode features. It is another entry level smart phone and one can find this device on various online retailers at the price of Rs 7,840. The smartphone runs an Android 5.1 Lollipop.

With Quattro’s Kandy UI, users can also customise the entire look and feel of the device by choosing from a diverse range of themes, icons and colours to reflect their personal style and preference.

The Karbonn Quattro L50 HD has an IPS display panel with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resolution. The USP of the device is its camera, the 13MP rear camera comes with f/2.0 aperture and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) that can capture better images than numerous smartphones at this price range. Powered by 4G connectivity, the dual-SIM phone supports both FDD 1800 MHz and TDD 2300 MHz 4G LTE bands in India. On the front, is the 5MP camera for selfies.

Packed with a 2650mAh lithium-polymer battery, the Karbonn Quattro L50 HD promises to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time and 8 hours of talk time including 4 hours of 4G talk time. Connectivity options consist of dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and Global Positioning System. The handset can be bought in a variety of colors which includes Coffee, Blue and Grey. Also despite having a big 3900 mAh battery, the Vibe P1m is just 9.3 mm thick (dimension: 141 x 71.8 x 9.3 mm) and weighs 148 grams. It can be purchased online exclusively through Amazon India and is also available across India via retail stores.
