“It’s been really emotional… there are definitely times when I walked out [of the doctor’s office] hysterically crying”, she told Glamour magazine. And while Kanye was just in New York City to accept an award for his footwear designs this week, he made it just in time to meet his first son. Yesterday she posted a selfie with the caption stating she was ready when the baby was in terms of welcoming it to the world, given that her contractions were already underway.
Kim underwent a medical procedure in a bid to turn her breech baby to the head-down position before giving birth three weeks early. “I don’t think we’ll go another direction”.
The report noted that the celebrity’s second pregnancy was “an eventful one” considering that “the baby was breech” that’s why she needed to have C-section.
Kim had also been explaining the toll her baby had taken on her body, admitting earliet this week: ‘My cankles are out of control.’ LOL.

The media mogul has never been shy about being uncomfortable with pregnancy and suffered with complications while expecting both of her children.
