The Divorce case of Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur turned murkier with the dowry harassment case & domestic violence application filed by the Bollywood actress. She claims to have felt embarrassed when her husband told to his brother-in-law that he was doing calculations about his wife’s wealth just before leaving for honeymoon.

The divorce between Karisma and Sunjay took an ugly turn when father Randhir Kapoor said that Sunjay is a third class man. On asking about father Randhir’s out spoken comments, Kareena Kapoor clearly stated that she is protective about her sister and she does not need to prove to the world.
With every passing day, Sunjay and Karisma’s battle is turning uglier.
Amidst all this noise, the Supreme Court of India has asked both the parties to ettle their differences amicably, suggest media reports. Karisma and Sunjay’s divorce was put on hold on the issue of the custody of their children and maintenance.
Sunjay’s counsel Aman Hingorani replied that Sunjay was willing to pay both Rs 10 lakh per month per child and even make over the Rs 14 crore on the maturity of the bonds, but Karisma must ensure that Sunjay would have access to the children. But Kapoor withdrew her consent from the petition in November past year, claiming that Kapur was unable to meet the financial commitment.
The Apex court has asked Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur to settle the matter through peaceful talk.

Earlier, Sunjay made a few statements saying how Karisma used this marriage for money, and now it is Karisma who is making noise about things gone bad between the two. She’s given accused the mom son pair of harshness to her.
