Prince William and wife Kate dressed down for the three-hour expedition to the so-called Tiger’s Nest, perched on a mountainside at 3,000 metres.

Kate’s outfit featured knee-length boots, olive pants and a leather waistcoat, while William wore an open-necked shirt and beige slacks.

The area visited by Prince William and Kate is one of the most breathtaking sights in the world.

As they completed the final 1,000 downhill steps and crossed a bridge to the monastery, the royals were met by the sounds of cymbals, trumpets, bells and monks chanting.

Kensington Palace officials backed down after a row with broadcasters who complained that the couple would not let a British TV cameramen up to the monastery because they wanted to enjoy some private time. Later, Will and Kate visited Thimphu’s open-air archery venue, with archers aiming at very small, brightly decorated wooden targets positioned 145 meters (476 feet) from where they stand. “It was quite tough on the way up …”

Joking that “it’s a great way to burn off the curry!” bystanders noticed that the Duchess barely broke a sweat while husband Prince William had visible beads of perspiration on his forehead.

Once the couple had recovered from their climb, they posed against the stunning scenery that surrounds the temple-a view described by Kate as “very special”. “Of course, I’m really looking forward to seeing them, but they’re in good hands”.

The reason for the length of time needed to create a similar skirt is due to the fact that they are made by hand, with no use of machinery. The royals are parents to two-year-old Prince George and 11-month old Princess Charlotte.

They are due to return to India to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, on Saturday, before returning to the United Kingdom the following day. She looks fresher than most people do on the red carpet!

It is rather unlikely that Kate Middleton was expected to be held to the usual baggage restrictions at the airport with a wardrobe that sizable in tow. It’s not even close.

During her seven-day trip, Kate personified elegance not only through her graceful gestures but also through her wardrobe. If you would like to discuss another topic, look for a relevant article.

“Oh, you wear, like, sweat clothes to do sports?” While William admired the architecture: “Look at the roof, it’s cool”.
