Kate Middleton Honours Princess Diana In The Most…
Kate Middleton once again captured the wits of all the people by wearing Diana’s famous tiara for a diplomatic reception. Besides attending royal engagements, Prince Williams’ wife is busy caring for her two-year-old son Prince George and seven-month-old daughter Princess Charlotte.

Kate has worn tiaras three times before her death. For her second and third times, the mother of two wore the Lotus Flower tiara, which reportedly the Queen Mother once possessed.
Kate’s hair swept back and her icy blue lace Alexander McQueen evening gown is also reminiscent of Diana’s lace gown which she wore in Washington along with the tiara.
But perhaps her most stunning look to date was seen at the Buckingham Palace recently, where the Queen’s annual diplomatic reception was held. There is much speculation as to whether or not Queen Elizabeth has given the Love Knot tiara to Duchess Kate or if it was merely on loan for the night.
Heavy and often hard to wear, the piece, composed of jewels that Mary had in her collection, features swinging pearls hanging from 19 diamond arches capped with lovers’ knots bows. (If so, she would benefit from checking out this guide first.) Or what about a pixie moment for Queen Elizabeth II?
The Duchess was all smiles as she showed off her new chop, dressed in a deep teal ensemble with matching accessories.
Though the tiara looks attractive, word is it’s not very comfortable, with Diana reporting headaches when she wore it due to the size.
The occasion, like a state banquet, requires ladies to wear tiaras.

It has been almost 20 years since Princess Di was killed in a vehicle accident caused by a paparazzi chase, but she is still remembered dearly.
