Katy Perry invites Taylor Swift to her Grammy party

While a war between Taylor Swift and Kanye West seems to have picked back up, a similar battle between the 1989 singer and Katy Perry might have reached its ceasefire. Spotify, a popular music streaming service, is sponsoring the event.

But in an interview with the New York Times Perry, who will not be attending this year’s Grammys, revealed she’ll be hosting an artists only party on Saturday evening, two days before the awards.

Billboard reported that Perry admitted to inviting Taylor Swift as well as Adele to her party and it had to have been a big hit. “They’re important to the creation, but it’s only artists, producers and songwriters”.

In regards to the party, however, Katy further explained managers and publicists are not invited.

As Katy looked to be hopping inside a vehicle, Orlando waited just behind her, dressed in his nightlife best of a white suit and beige shoes.

She was anything but low-key when she arrived on the red carpet solo in a sheer corset.

Perry was also asked about her lack of Grammys (she’s been nominated for 13, but has never taken one home) and if she’d be “gunning to be up there next year”. Another artiste snubbing Spotify who also gets an invite from Perry is Adele. “I’m trying to keep it as pure as possible because in the eight years that I’ve been going to these things, I am just always so exhausted”.

While Minaj and Swift made up, the “Blank Space” and “Fireworks” singers have yet to make up. Instead, she said that her GRAMMY plans include watching the event “In my pajamas, eating matzo ball soup”. So right now I’m taking a little time.
