Kejriwal Ink-attack: Insolence is AAP’s Culture, Says Congress
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia today targeted the Centre over the recent changes in the Joint Cadre Authority (JCA) and asked why the Modi government was “scared” of AAP’s presence.

Talking to reporters, Sisodia said, “The entire incident was scripted by BJP with the help of Delhi Police”.
She also claimed AAP government’s ambitious odd-even formula, aimed at curbing air pollution in the capital, was a positive step but behind that there was a big CNG scam.
The rally was orgnaised by the Delhi government to thank people of the city for making the road rationing scheme a “success”.
Those present on the occasion witnessed a woman identified as Bhawna Arora appeared in front of the dais – from where Kejriwal was delivering his speech – and threw ink aiming at the Chief Minister. Bhavna was immediately detained by cops.
Angry over the ink attack, Mr Sisodia also attacked the BJP and blamed the whole drama on the party.
However, Aam Aadmi Party followers are saying that this event was triggered by the opposition.
“In addition to this, a public apology is also demanded by DDCA from Kejriwal and Azad”, the complaint said.
In a civil defamation suit by the DDCA, the Delhi High Court on 15 January directed Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and suspended BJP MP Kirti Azad to file their replies before 2 March.

1- In November 2013 when AAP was holding a press conference in Delhi, a man, who claimed to be a supporter of anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare, attacked Kejriwal with black ink. “I sought an appointment from the chief minister but wasn’t given time”, she said. The woman accused Kejriwal of doing CNG scam. “A case has been registered and investigation will be done by Delhi Police”, Rajan Bhagat, Delhi Police spokesman said.
