Kenan & Kel Comeback Video: Duo Makes Short Sketch Of Nostalgic ‘Good Burger
Kel stepped back into his ICONIC uniform as Ed from Good Burger as Kenan became Lester, the construction worker. The pair traded barbs as in days of olde, when the Earth was young, and Death but a dark rumbling on a distant horizon.

The “Good Burger” sketch was originally featured on Nickelodeon’s All That and spawned an eponymous movie in 1997. Fallon and Steve Higgins also appear in the skit as a fellow Good Burger employee and an unhappy customer, respectively.
Despite their status as Nickelodeon legends, the double act fell apart in 2003 when they both auditioned for Saturday Night Live and Thompson beat his partner to the role.
Mitchell has not fared as well, mostly working as a voice actor in children’s TV shows. The chemistry between the two is clearly still there, and you can see that especially in a behind-the-scenes video where the two switched out their impressions and do a little bit of goofing off.
In 1997, Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell starred in the hit Nickelodeon movie “Good Burger“.
Check out the reunion up top and down below and let’s all thank Jimmy Fallon for doing it for the 90s culture. It’s the reunion we’ve all been waiting twenty years to see! They got together with [“All That” creator] Dan Schneider and wrote this incredible “Good Burger” Kenan and Kel reunion. But last night on Jimmy Fallon, Kel finally brought back those words trapped in the lexicon of every ’90s kid, “Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger“. Their encounter on The Tonight Show was equally gratifying (for fans, not Lester).

Kel even sang his famous song “I’m a dude, you’re a dude…”
