Time’s annual “Most Influential Teens” issue has rankled feathers once again, and the same people who objected to a “Kylie Jenner most influential” award in 2014 are still against it now.
During an interview with the 18-year-old, she was asked about why she thought people did not agree with her making the list.
Jenner hopes at the end of her career that she will be remembered for helping people and being an inspiration to young girls.
When you’re Kylie Jenner, the hair and makeup possibilities are endless – and by that, we mean they literally vary on a daily basis: waist-length, pale green hair one day, and shoulder-length, raven-colored bangs the next.
Jenner shares an insider secret that might shock fans: She shops for makeup at CVS. I pity haters they clearly have nothing better to do!” while another wrote: “You don’t need the opinion of people who have no relevance to you.

Beneath the insane wigs, outrageous eyelashes and artificially plumped lips, Kylie Jenner just wants to inspire young girls. But, everyone loves to see stars flaunting a natural look because we can all relate to those days where we just don’t feel like getting all done up! “We’re influential in different ways, and that’s OK”. But I’ll always want to have fun. Everything I do, there’s a huge light on it. “So there’s a lot of stuff I’ve missed out on, but there’s a lot of experiences [that I’ve had] that they were never able to experience”. Nineteen-year-old Zendaya, who’s already earned herself a Barbie doll modeled after her Oscars look, gets a nod for being a champion of body positivity after E!’s Guiliana Rancic criticized her appearance, sparking a racially focused debate. “There’s a lot of exciting things coming up that I’m excited about”, she said.
