She explained: “George was with me 24/7”. I really wanted our marriage to work.
A source says: “Kerry is trying to be as strong as she possibly can, but now she’s a single mum again she’s having to be in the house a lot with DJ on her own and is finding that tough”.
“I am heartbroken… George was with me 24/7. That is what hurts so much, as I know he is a good person”. “I guess I’m just not that good at the whole wife thing”.
She told the new issue of OK! magazine: “I feel completely embarrassed and ashamed”.
Despite the dramatic breakdown of their relationship, Kerry admits she “still loves” George but knows that ending their marriage is “the right thing to do”. ‘I don’t think I could bring another man into my children’s lives ever again.
Singer Kerry Katona, who has cut up from her third husband George Kay, has vowed by no means up to now once more. “That is just not fair”, she said. That’s simply not truthful – they’ve been by way of an excessive amount of already.
The 35-year-old star – who has kids Molly, 14, Lilly, 12, Heidi, eight, and Max, seven, from past relationships and 19-month-old Dylan-Jorge with George – will “always love” her estranged husband but thinks it’s for the best their marriage is over.
But distraught Kerry, who is still wearing her wedding ring as she’s “not ready” to take it off, says: “I cry myself to sleep”.
Last month, the 35-year-old was released on bail after being charged with ‘assault by beating and possession of a prohibited weapon’.
