Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry will attempt on Tuesday in Moscow to agree on a list of terrorist organizations, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

The talks between Russian Foreign Minister and US State Secretary John Kerry have started in Moscow.
Kerry said that he hoped to address the crises both in Syria and in Ukraine, where Washington accuses Moscow of backing separatist rebels and has imposed sanctions on Russian Federation.
After the talks, Lavrov and Kerry will have a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Assad himself appeared to cast doubt on the very idea of peace talks on Friday, saying he would not negotiate with armed groups that he said were backed by the USA and Saudi Arabia.
Mr Kerry will try to prepare the ground for an global meeting on Syria mooted for later this week.
Iran, Russia and Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement are propping up the Alawite-led Assad government, while Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar back the more moderate Sunni-dominated opposition, along with the US, UK and France.
As he sat down with reporters Saturday night at the end of the climate change talks, he jokingly conflated the climate issue with the Islamist militants in Syria, saying he was heading off to Rome to discuss “two degrees of Daesh”.
“In our conversations with the Russians, there is a growing recognition that Assad will not be part of the solution”, said a European diplomat.
The run-up to the Moscow talks underlined the distance between Moscow and Washington on how to deal with the Syria crisis. Ryad Hijab, a former prime minister who defected from the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad, and former political prisoner Ahmad al Jarba have been floated as possible presidents of the opposition bloc.
“We don’t have a full meeting of the minds yet (on Assad)”.
Speaking in Paris before Kerry visits Moscow on Tuesday, the State Department official said Kerry would raise concerns about Russia’s continued bombing of Syrian opposition forces instead of Islamic State militants, an approach likely to anger Moscow.
The opposition leaders met last week in Riyadh and began the process of deciding their negotiating team – but also repeated their demand that Assad step down immediately.
