After a first victory against her producer Dr. Luke, Kesha ultimately lost the war against his record company, Sony, and Luke Gottwald real name, she accuses him of sexual assault, verbal abuse and whatnot.

This morning, Kesha received what’s sadly become commonplace news for her and her camp: Legally, she is bound to Sony until she fulfills the requirements of her contract, and, more importantly, she still must continue working with Dr. Luke. The decision was made after hearing arguments from both Kesha (a.k.a. Kesha Sebert) and Dr. Luke (a.k.a. Lukasz Gottwald). The producer has reportedly agreed to let her record music without being involved.

“You’re asking the court to decimate a contract that was heavily negotiated and typical for the industry”, the judge said.

Despite her attempts to break free, Kesha has always been locked into a recording contract with Dr. Luke and Sony.

Kesha sought a preliminary injunction against her producer, who holds an exclusive contract with the singer and works under the Sony label.

Dr Luke has said the allegations are malicious lies and “defamatory”. “My instinct is to do the commercially reasonable thing”, the judge added.

American singer songwriter Halsey said she was “Disgusted by anyone in power positions abusing their authority”. Clarkson, who has worked with Dr. Luke, shared a tweet from the band Best Coast calling the ruling “bull****”: “Trying 2 not say anything since I can’t say anything nice about a person… so this is me not talking about Dr. Luke”, she wrote.

A statement of judgment, the young artist, supported by her mother Pebe and her boyfriend Brad Ashenfelter, literally collapsed in tears before leaving the room escorted by his bodyguard. She even went as far as to claim his actions led to her 60-day stint in the Timberline Knolls rehab clinic in IL two years ago.
