Each of the new series has a new trailer and we/u0027ve rounded up the first looks and each show/u0027s synopsis on the following slides. It leads in to “NCIS: New Orleans”, which means “NCIS: Los Angeles” is pushed to a new time slot, Sundays at 8 p.m.

CBS, the broadcast network on track to finish first in viewers and all key demographic groups this season, will unveil a 2016-17 schedule to advertisers Wednesday afternoon that is heavy on comedy, with three new sitcoms set to premiere in the fall.

“Doubt”: Defense attorney (Katherine Heigl, “Grey’s Anatomy”) develops romantic feelings for a client (Steven Pasquale) who may or may not be guilty of killing his girlfriend of 24 years. Scorpion is on the move as its third season will be on at 10 p.m. Monday instead of its 9 p.m. timeslot.

Newbies Kevin Can Wait and Man With a Plan join Big Bang Theory, Two Broke Girls and The Odd Couple on Mondays.

The drama follows a young Silicon Valley tech titan (Augustus Prew) who enlists a veteran surgeon with a controversial past in starting a hospital with a cutting edge, “new school” approach to medicine. Once Thursday Night Football wraps, The Big Bang Theory will move back to its regular Thursday time slot, and Kevin Can Wait will move up to 8 p.m. The new Matt LeBlanc comedy Man with a Plan will follow at 8:30 p.m. 2 Broke Girls returns at 9 p.m., paired with The Odd Couple at 9:30 p.m. Scorpion moves to 10 p.m.to close out the night.

And because this upfront week of network season announcements would not be complete without another reboot, Friday nights bring “MacGyver”, which stars Lucas Till as a 20-something version of the famed character who “uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives”.

The unstoppable “Big Bang Theory” will anchor the night at 8 p.m. until the network’s “Thursday Night Football” obligations end in October.

Among the shows that are gone from the CBS schedule are “The Good Wife” and “CSI: Cyber”, the last of the “CSI” franchise shows.

“Survivor” once again opens the night at 8 p.m. “Criminal Minds” follows at 9 p.m. and the night wraps up with the fast-paced medical drama “Code Black”.

“NFL Thursday Night Football” will run during the football season which begins in September.
