It looks like Kevin Durant will be back on the court with Team USA this week.

But it turns out Durant is healthy enough to practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, although he won’t play in the scrimmage on Thursday. He will not take part in the showcase game on Thursday, however. Durant was expected to attend the minicamp all along, but there were no indications that he would take part in practices.
Rehabbing Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant will practice with USA Basketball during the upcoming Las Vegas minicamp this week, according to Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports. The problem started in October 2014 and never improved during the season, forcing Durant to have three separate procedures on his right foot, the last of which ended his season in March. He pulled out of training camp at the FIBA World Championship last summer, but is expected to be one of USA Basketball’s leaders heading into the 2016 Olympics. Durant may not be ready for in-game action, but he’s getting closer and closer.
Durant was a member of the United States team that won the gold medal in the 2012 London Olympics.

Durant only appeared in 27 games last year while dealing with a foot injury.
