Let this be a reminder to anyone: If you’re standing front row at a Kevin Gates show, don’t touch him.

Over the weekend, rapper Kevin Gates was taped kicking a women with tremendous force after she touched his leg. Well, the mother of that 18-year-old is stepping forward on her daughter’s behalf.
The rapper allegedly kicked a fan in the chest after she was tugging on his shorts during a concert in Florida last month. Now, the fate of Gates is up to the State Attorney’s office.
It’s unclear what happened to the woman after the kick but she seems to stick around.
Including the cellphone video that appeared across YouTube and WorldStar, LPD obtained surveillance footage from Rumors nightclub which has also been placed into evidence.
This isn’t the first time, the Baton Rouge rapper has gotten physical with females during one of his shows.
Gates was not arrested but the Lakeland Police Department is investigating the incident. The show apparently carried on after that with the woman who got kicked sticking around, at least initially.
