Sunday’s rain-delayed Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race is underway after morning showers caused a delay of nearly four hours.

Rain continues to plague the Sprint Cup race this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Busch began to complain that he thought he might have a broken right-rear shock.
Kyle Busch dominated most of the race, leading 254 of the first 350 laps before developing problems with the rear housing of his auto. Before he could bring the vehicle in for repairs, he spun between Laps 1 and 2.
But Busch saved his harshest words for Allgaier and his spotter. Busch wasn’t too happy after the collision throwing his helmet into his driver seat window back in the garage.
“I told myself the last 10 laps we weren’t racing anybody, there wasn’t anybody around us. That’s stupid, so I don’t know – frustrating day”.
“Something was breaking obviously”, said Kyle Busch.
The wreck also collected the No. 78 of Martin Truex Jr. and the No. 42 of Kyle Larson who both were running in the top ten throughout most of the afternoon.
Logano took the lead on the ensuing restart but Harvick quickly ran him down and passed him to regain the lead. Logano was battling for the lead with the No. 41 of Kurt Busch and his Penske teammate Brad Keselowski in the No. 2 auto.
“I was really proud of that little short run we had on the bottom”, Dillon said. Logano got a little bit of damage to the front of his auto but was able to continue racing. Kyle Larson also some damage in the wreck after being nailed by Brian Scott. Kurt shot out to the lead on the restart after Kyle’s crash, but got loose coming out of Turn Two and ended up spinning out in front the entire field. On Sunday, Busch led a race-high 256 laps, yet got hit by Justin Allgaier after a spin. Rain at Pocono Raceway three weeks ago pushed that finish until Monday when rookie Chris Buescher won his first Sprint Cup title as continued bad weather shortened that race.
Harvick had 13 top-10 finishes in the 18 races since winning at Phoenix in March.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. finished second, Denny Hamlin was third, and Austin Dillon finished fourth.

Sprint Cup drivers got a final week off last weekend and now race uninterrupted through the season-ender in Florida on November 20. And when the race concluded Harvick asked co-owner and teammate Tony Stewart to take a victory lap with him. “But to have the win now and just try to get that momentum before we get into the Chase and get things rolling is really what we needed”.
