It’s called khanmarketonline.com. The website is yet to begin operations but is open for registrations.

Noted lawyer Shilpi Jain opined that Khan Market Traders have the right to sue the Actor as the name Salman Khan has chosen is misleading and deceptive, among other things.
“If his portal announces discount on a product, people will approach us thinking that the discount is being offered by us”. Like a certain muscular Bollywood Khan and the genteel if uberexpensive, colonial-era market in New Delhi that only coincidentally bears the latter part of his name. For this, the Khan Market association suggests Salman to first become a member of the market to use its name. “They are bound to be confused”.
However, if Khan Market Traders Association go to legal recourse the entire trade of Delhi will support KMTA. They have even made a decision to legal action against the same and will be moving the Delhi High Court on January 4. The traders Association is planning to file a case against Salman for trademark infringement.
“There’s a common legal remedy to protect unregistered trademarks. But as both parties here aren’t rivals in an identical trade and it’s also not likely that their companies will likely be changed, I do not see any merit of the case”.
Social jurist advocate Ashok Agarwal dismissed it as a promotional stunt.

There is no provision in the law for such claims. The whole world wished him on his birthday and as he hit half century, Salman thought to acknowledge this love by gifting something special to all his fans and followers. “This may only give promotion to the marketplace as well as the portal site”.
