In a new post she put on her app, Khloe opened up about a personal incident where she found something on her skin that landed her in the doctor’s office, receiving some shocking news.

While she said the skin removal was painful, Khloé continues to be diligent about checking herself and is “extra aware” of her skin, body, and moles and has urged others to follow suit by checking their skin. “I had 8 inches of skin removed”, she wrote. She’s now urging fans to check their skin regularly.
While she’s in great health now, when it comes to her diet, Kardashian still indulges in cheat days. Find out what’s on her cheat menu in the video below. Considering skin cancer is more common than lung, breast, prostate, and colon cancer combined, kudos to Khloé for using her voice to raise awareness.
Luckily for her, the results came back negative. While she said that she hasn’t had a problem in years, she wanted to share her experience to her fans so they’d keep an eye on what’s happening with their bodies, too.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, skin cancer is the most common type of cancer in the US, and the American Cancer Society notes that more than five million cases of basal and squamous cell skin cancers are diagnosed each year.
The star talked about her recent skin cancer scare on her website on Tuesday.
Khloe Kardashian also shared a picture online with the title ‘Know Your ABCDEs.’ The picture helps people check their skins for irregularities that may prove to be unsafe. Warning signs include changes to the shape or color of existing and new moles.
While we have seen many of Khloe Kardashian‘s ups and downs on E!’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, she has kept one part of her life a secret until now.
“I don’t really care”.
Kris argued: “Do you want to die when you’re 30 or do you want to die when you’re 85?”

But in the end, Khloe caved and went through with the testing, which was done by Botched star Dr. Paul Nassif, Us Weekly reported.
