Khloe Kardashian shows off her “revenge body” on the cover of Women’s Health, opening up in the September issue about transforming her life in the wake of her split from Lamar Odom.
Kardashian recently appeared in a photo spread for Complex magazine and denied that the images were photoshopped. I needed a release.
Early on, Khloe had a rough time with her diet and exercise regimen- “The first 45 days you’re like, “F-k this s-t.’ You’re exhausted, you’re sore, and I actually felt fatter because I was swollen”.
While posing for a braless cover of Women’s Health Magazine, the youngest Kardashian sister talks about losing over 35 pounds. “I’m not going to eat a whole cake, but last night I had pizza”, she said. “If I want a pizza, I’m gonna have it. So I had pizza and it made me very happy”. The star realized that even though she has always been on the heavy side, she has never considered herself fat or overweight. And being of Armenian descent, we don’t make small dinners.
The measure sounds drastic, but actress Jessica Alba has credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic weight loss after each of her two pregnancies. Kardashian says in the interview.
She decided to call her longtime trainer Gunnar Peterson to get her into a major fitness routine, which she admits was super scary at first. “Khloe’s an animal…No complaining, no bitching, just gets after it”, he said. “No complaining, no b*tching”. She’s done it the right way. “It’s just hard to learn when millions are watching”, says the star.
