A school boy had been sent back to home from school with an excuse “nacho in eye” written on the leave form.

However, there were lots of common reason pre-written on the leave form including ‘feeling ill’, ‘head injury’ and ‘vomiting’ but staffs of the school rather chose the other option and mentioned the ‘nacho in eye’ as the reason.
Later, the form’s image was posted by his elder brother on the social media, Reddit, where it got thousands of thumbs up.
The school boy’s big brother explained “My little brother got sent home today, i couldn’t stop laughing”.
