Kiffin misses bus, hitches ride with Saban after title game
Besides, winning a national championship as Alabama’s offensive coordinator has to take some of the sting out of having the team buses leave the stadium in Glendale, Ariz., without him. As such, reporters obviously wanted to talk with Kiffin after the game to get some quotes to fill the stories they filed either last night or will file this morning. “That’s not good…. They’re leaving right now”.

Kiffin helped the Crimson Tide to a 45-40 victory over Clemson, but that didn’t help his cause when he asked officials to stop the departing bus.
Kiffin eventually found his way onto the bus, thankfully.
Kiffin was sacked and left on an airport tarmac five games into the 2013 season after Arizona State beat the Trojans 62-41.
ESPN’s “College GameDay” Twitter account reported that the Alabama team bus left the stadium without Kiffin.
I’m sure Kiffin was able to score a ride back, but that wasn’t the nicest way to treat the man who helped Alabama win its 16th national title.
Kiffin, of course, was Tennessee’s coach for one season before leaving for his “dream job” at USC.

“Hey”, Kiffin told reporters.
