Giuliana Rancic thinks it’s “wonderful” that Kim Kardashian West has shared her fertility struggles. In an interview in November, Kardashian said that doctors had deemed her pregnancy high-risk, and that she was having major anxiety about it all.

Kim Kardashian welcomed son Saint early on Saturday after a very hard pregnancy that included preeclampsia, a breech position and placenta accreta. Fans will remember that the couple also stayed with Kris after the birth of their first child in June 2013. “She can barely take care of one”, the family insider told Radar at the time.

The 60-year-old matriarch is so proud of the way her daughter handled herself throughout her “tough” delivery and can understand why she was a bit irritable at times. “He told me, ‘Everyone freaks out, but you can get used to any name.’ Before you know it, Saint West will seem normal, because that’s just who he is”.
