The mom-of-two broke her silence regarding her son Saint West for the first time on Twitter to make a charitable donation.

Whilst watching US TV show Dish Nation during her boy’s night feed, Kim heard a story that moved her and impulsively chose to donate 1,000 pairs of shoes to charity.
A teenage girl who is attempting to collect 2,000 shoes by next week to help those in need has appeared to fulfilled her goal, courtesy of Kim Kardashian-West.
Kim had some trouble locating Flores online and enlisted the help of her 37 million Twitter followers.
It’s even different from Kardashian’s big sister, Kourtney Kardashian, who famously assisted doctors in the births of kids Mason and Penelope by pulling them out all by herself while her family looked on in awe (and, we’re sure, slight horror).
And a statement read: ‘Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Kim struggled with health issues and weight gain, all while her husband has been busy finishing up her second album and often away from home. While Kim sometimes took to social media to vent during her pregnancy, she now appears more vibrant, including going out to events and socializing. “If you’d like to DM me, we’ll help you find the girl you’re looking for”.
“Kanye and I would love to donate those 1000 shoes to Soles For Souls”, she continued.
