Last week, Kim told us exclusively, “I just don’t think pregnancy and me really agree with each other”.

My advice to anyone going through this or anything hard during pregnancy is that all you can do is be hopeful, get the best information out there and just be prepared. I hate it. I’m not going to sit here and lie and act like it’s the most blissful experience.

And while it’s completely normal for an expectant mother-to-be to put on a few weight during their pregnancy, Dr Joseph Sgroi, Melbourne obstetrician-gynaecologist and fertility specialist in IVF, said that a 52-pound (23.5-kilogram) weight gain for pregnant women in general is “dangerous” and above the average.

“Guys and girls say this to me”, she continues. “So as time goes on, I am stressing out less and trying to go with the flow”.

She added: ‘I said this last time.

Titled “From the Desk of High-Risk Pregnancy”, Kim, 35, opens up about the new struggles she’s faced carrying her baby boy.

Despite the excited look on her face, Khloe gets hesitant when she thinks about actually having to pose for the photos. “It’s my reality and I’ve always been super honest”.

According to Now magazine a source said Kanye is preparing for the birth by shopping for a very expensive gift for Kim, he wants to get her a multi-strand black Tahitian pearl necklace and will pay whatever it takes. “I mean that’s my experience and I’m not gonna pretend that it’s not…My huge swollen feet I don’t find fun and attractive”.
