Although admitting she still had a long way to go after packing on a whopping 60 pounds while carrying baby Saint, Kardashian reveals she went from 130 pounds up to 190 and “almost died”.

While Khloe was playing with North, Kim was no doubt looking after her and Kanye’s newborn baby, Saint.
Kim Kardashian West has already shed 17 pounds since giving birth to her son Saint a little over a week ago.
She confessed to Jenner that her recovery this time is harder than with daughter North West, 2.
Kanye West’s wifey also revealed why eating her placenta could save her in the end.
Kim said she had heard stories during her first pregnancy about mothers who steered clear of placenta encapsulation, only to then suffer postpartum depression. “I have to lose 70 pounds”.
“I had great results and felt so energised and didn’t have any signs of depression”, she previously wrote on her website.
Because apparently Kim can do more than make money for being fiercely smile-less, she wrote about her experience to her blog (which you need a subscription to access).
“I really didn’t want the baby blues and thought I can’t go wrong with taking a pill made of my own hormones-made by me, for me”, she continued.

Christmas decorating & Cooking with Caitlyn on my app now”, Kardashian West tweeted, inviting fans to join her while she prepared Chicago deep-dish pizza for Caitlyn Jenner. “Every time I take a pill, I feel a surge of energy and feel really healthy and good”. “We don’t store the placenta for women”, explained a midwife in the Rotunda.
