TMZ claims that Kim’s birth was a long and painful one due to placenta accreta, a serious pregnancy condition in which the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall.
The questions began to run even deeper with one social media user writing: “Will I ever find love?” She was told that if she had another child they may have to totally remove her uterus after the delivery.
