Kim Kardashian certainly isn’t mincing her words when it comes to her pregnancy.

While the couple are understandably excited to welcome their baby boy, Kim has admitted she is nervous about going into labour following a series of health complications.
“I’m 25 pounds up on the scale today”.
As the Inquisitr reported, Kardashian opened up about how uncomfortable she is with her body as she prepares to give birth to her second child.
Clearly shocked by Kim’s random outburst, Kris said: “Number three?” Honestly, we’ve just had a big breakfast.
The mother-of-one also revealed that she has not yet chosen the name of his son and she has disliked all the suggestions she has heard to date.
Kris then reassures her daughter that she’ll be back in shape in no time once she gives birth.
Jenner, 60, reassured her daughter that she shouldn’t worry about her weight.
The baby was previously in a breech position, but the expectant mum delivered good news recently, stating that three doctors were able to successfully turn the baby to a head-down position.
On Wednesday, the All Day rapper addressed his little one’s impending arrival while accepting an award for the Shoe of the Year at the Footwear News 29th Annual Achievement Awards.
“I’m waiting on my son to arrive any day now. This is so hard!” she wrote on the Kim Kardashian Official Website.
“This was soooooo painful”. Kim confirmed in her latest post that they still had not decided what they would call their baby boy. “Probably more painful than childbirth”, she wrote. “It’s very bad”, she said.
“And so I’m 52 pounds up and I still have, what six weeks to go?”
