KIM Kardashian made one very ill fan extremely happy when she turned up unannounced to meet her in hospital.

Kim Kardashian hit up a Toys ” R”Us in L.A. Saturday, and it looked a segment from that TV show, “Supermarket Sweep”.
She wrote: “Mason & I spent the day with this handsome soul, Anissa!”
And it wasn’t long before Kim’s loyal following posted supportive messages about the kind deed. She bought some mermaid toys, which probably has North West and Penelope’s name on it, because the 2 little girls came face-to-face with a mermaid earlier in the week in St. Barts. The smile on the young fan’s face is a testament to her joy as the posted selfie shows her lying on a bed with Kim beside her.
Kim even took her nephew Mason – who is sister Kourtney Kardashian’s son with Scott Disick – with her on the visit.

Kim, who is pregnant with her and husband Kanye West’s second child, was hardly able to enjoy the full vacation experience as the ever growing baby bump forced her to sit out some of the more robust activities, like water skiing. She did have slightly helper while buying the playthings as Penelope’s older brother Mason was comfortable to assist her well-known aunt with her errands. From The Little Mermaid dolls to pool games, Kim clearly went all out when she shopped at the store.
