Kim was contacted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation on behalf of a young female fan. One little girl named Anissa got her wish and Kardashian documented her meeting on Instagram.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians spent her Saturday afternoon (Aug. 22, 2015) shopping up a storm with her nephew Mason Disick at Toys ” R”Us in Los Angeles, Calif.

However, auntie Kim Kardashian challenged her sister’s statement by tweeting back, “Ummmm his first sleepover was with me in NYC…” Kim also hit up a Toys “R” Us in Woodland Hills, California with Mason, where she bought a cart filled to the brim with toys, and waited in line just like the rest of us. North, 2 and Penelope, 3 were being entertained by a “real-life mermaid” and no doubt learning how to be the flawless sea creatures.

Kardashian, of course, is expecting her second child this year with Kanye West. Being 6 months pregnant does do that though.
