Kim Kardashian Steps Out After Releasing Taylor Swift & Kanye West’s ‘Famous’ Conversation

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are unlikely to face criminal action over the release of the rapper’s conversation with Taylor Swift about the lyrics on “Famous”.

The trio, three of the biggest pop culture celebrities, have been fighting long distance via tabloid and social media for months over West’s insistence that Swift gave her blessing for the lyrics, and Swift’s strenuous denials.

However, California state law prohibits the recording of conversations without both parties consent, doing so is a felony offense.

Taylor is still deciding whether she’ll file a police report.

“Famous”, released by West in February, contains the line, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex”.

She continued: “While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you can not “approve” a song you haven’t heard”.

Swift had called the leaking of the phone call “character assassination”, because of the fact West hadn’t mentioned the “I made that bitch famous” segment of “Famous”.

Under the singer’s background information, her birth name has now been changed to read: “Taylor “Slithering Snake Becky With The Good Lies” Allison Swift”.

Maybe not. TMZ says that they’ve now seen the full video, and Rick repeatedly speaks out loud to Taylor, making it clear that she’s on speakerphone.

Furthermore, she says West made several promises to her, including that he’d send her an advanced copy of the song for her approval which never happened. The footage also aired on Keeping up with the Kardashians, so it’s not just those who follow Kim’s snapchat who will have heard the conversation. West has stayed unusually silent on Twitter since publicising the screenings of the “Famous” video.
