Kim’s schedule may be hectic as ever, but she made sure to take some time out during a trip to Louisiana this week to surprise a fan on her birthday.

Fortunately for the rest of us who may never get to meet the selfie queen, Myleeza shared numerous pictures and videos from their special day. “I know her birthday is in August and I’m flying to New Orleans, where she lives, to have dinner with her. I’m doing it because she’s a really good person, a friend I found thanks to social media”.
The fan – who goes by the name Myleeza Kardashian – was also given a pair of Yeezy trainers, AND a Happy Birthday singalong from North West over Facetime.
Naturally, the whole encounter was filmed for “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. I didn’t mean to offend anyone by calling her my fave. Impossible things happen everyday. She added tags like “DynamicDuo” “BestDayEver”, “Kimisheavensent” and Mybestfriend. At one point, Myleeza asked whether she was Kardashian’s favorite fan, and the reality star answered, “Yes!” “When I said @MyleezaKardash was my fave I meant it because you are all my favorites!!!!”

Kim’s gesture was even more touching given that the 34-year-old brunette is five months pregnant and has been open about her struggles with morning sickness. She paired the sandals with a body-hugging beige midi dress that showed off her growing bump and covered up with a Haider Ackermann trench coat.
