Kim Kardashian West’s plan to stop sister’s body haters
The reality star dropped a major truth bomb revealing that being pregnant is definitely not her favorite.

As the doctor looks at Kim’s ultrasound she says: “That’s elevated blood pressure”, Kim sounds really concerned and responds: “I really hope it’s not diabetes …”
“This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what’s to come and it’s really inevitable a few of the issues that I’m going to have”.
She explained that typically, a woman’s placenta is delivered following the birth of the baby whereas Kardashian West’s was not.
KIM KARDASHIAN has less than a month to go before she welcomes her second child. Don’t ever make me go through that again’.
“My husband needs a lot of attention, each kid needs a lot of attention, I work a lot, [and] I want to be able to give everyone just the same amount of attention”, Kim lamented.
“I have gained more than I did the first pregnancy”.

Kim has been open about her own weight struggles in recent weeks, having Tweeted on Monday that she’s “52 lbs up” with six weeks remaining of her pregnancy. In the meantime, she is doing all she can to prepare North West for the new baby. “I am beyond over it”, the 35-year-old expectant mom said of being pregnant in a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest Friday.
We know that Kim Kardashian has been very anxious about her second pregnancy due to a condition she has known as Preeclampsia but we didn’t realize that she’s anxious she could die!
You would never know Kim is suffering from confidence issues… Wow!
We just hope that Kim’s delivery goes as smoothly as possible, and we can’t wait to meet Baby Kardashian-West.
