The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star – who welcomed Saint into the world on Saturday (05.12.15) with the support of her husband Kanye West – reportedly struggled to cope with the nerves as she was anxious about getting pregnancy complications again after the hard birth of her daughter, North, two years ago. “I heard the cutest story of a girl who is trying to find 1,000 pairs of shoes to donate to this charity [Soles4Souls]!”

According to Dish Nation, Kansas teen Amelia Flores is working with organization Soles4Souls to collect 2,000 shoes.
Having struggled to find her, the TV star asked for help from other Twitter users. The group, which donates shoes to those in need, helped Flores’ extended family during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and she wants to give back. When Kim walked into Kris’ office, her mom who was watching the livestream joked, “I think the red ones were for me and the white ones were for you”. “Kanye and I would love to donate those 1000 shoes Souls For Souls”, she wrote. Kardashian West added that she was attempting to find Flores online but hadn’t yet been successful.
Flores said she woke up to about 70 Facebook messages Thursday morning from people asking if she saw Kardashian West’s tweets.

The 34-year-old chose to give a sneak peek of her post delivery days by filming a Livestream herself in which she proudly showed off plump bouquets of red and white roses gifted to her by close friends. The charity aims to get 1,000 pairs of shoes to the needy by Christmas.
