Kim Zolciak, ‘DWTS’: Reality TV Star Petitions ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ Wants

Two days after her minor stroke, Zolciak spoke with US Weekly to reveal that she is already looking forward to returning to the competition. On Monday night’s live show, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was told that she must withdraw from the celebrity ballroom competition after missing her performance due to doctor’s orders. “It’s the scariest thing I’ve ever been through in my whole life”, Zolciak-Biermann said. She also added that Kim “allegedly suffered a mini-stroke after returning home from “Dancing With The Stars” last week. Regardless I’ll be dancing my a** off at the finale”, she wrote, along with a link to the petition. Kim posted pictures in a hospital gown on her Instagram account telling fans, “The last 24hrs have been whirlwind!” We certainly think that Tony would be willing to continue to train her to be the best dancer she could be in the interim.

According to People, the rules of the show state that a contestant must withdraw from performing on Dancing with the Stars “in the instance of a health issue or illness” that prevents them from dancing.
