In the past, we’ve heard Kim Zolciak deny plastic surgery rumors, but now that she’s out of Dancing with the Stars, she does have time on her hands.

The reality star said that the mini-stroke she suffered during the second week of competition on “Dancing with the Stars” uncovered a serious heart condition.

“I’m feeling great”, Zolciak, 37, told Michael Strahan.

“The minor TIA [mini stroke] revealed that I have a PFO [patent foramen ovale], which is like a hole in your heart that I was born with that never closes”.

She then expressed frustration over being kicked off the dance competition, after she was able to obtain over 200,000 signatures from fans in a petition to allow her to continue to compete.

In addition she also spoke about accusations online that she fabricated her medical scare: ‘I think it’s sick that somebody would ever think that and a few of the people that have said that, it just shows me their mentality’. Especially since I love Dancing With the Stars. While Kim did everything possible to get back on the show to compete, including practicing in Atlanta, she was unable to fly to Los Angeles.

She said the stroke occurred when a blood clot was “able to cross over through the hole”.

However, that doesn’t mean she she’s completely forgiven DWTS for making her quit, because she says other celebs have been given bye weeks in the past and she even learned Tony Dovolani’s dance for the week.

As for what’s next for Zolciak-Biermann, she said she’s looking forward to performing on the finale ofDWTS. Do you think the mini-stroke was a blessing in disguise?

I’m OK”.

A few detractors thought she had faked her injury.
