King contradicts Trump camp, says interview wasn’t for podcast

In an interview with CBS “This Morning” Friday, the Virginia senator said Trump’s comments favoring Russian President Vladimir Putin over Obama are “unpatriotic”.

A foreign policy and defense hawk who was among 17 Repubilcan candidates for president a year ago, Graham said he might not agree with Obama on most issues, but suggesting he is weaker than Putin is a step too far.

However, Trump seems to equate bluster with talent, and not only in his own case.

Clinton blasted Trump for appearing on the network and praising Putin.

“Hes been a leader, ” he said of Putin, “far more than our president has been a leader.”. “I mean, it’s not a serious presidential campaign”.

The Kremlin hasn’t had anything to say about Trump’s latest praise-fest, and under the *hacking* circumstances, probably the less said the better at this point.

“Just for the record”, Larry King told his audience as he introduced Donald Trump last night, “Donald and I go back thirty years, and I consider him a friend”. We will not seek endless conflict and hostility; we won’t get trapped in the failed approaches of the past. Even now, Graham continues to speak out against both major candidates, saying that Clinton’s leadership is lacking and Trump’s competency is nonexistent.

Trump did very little to tamper controversial talk about how he has been friendly with Russian Federation throughout his campaign.

Asked on Thursday if he agrees with Trump, Pence told CNN, “I think it’s inarguable that Vladimir Putin has been a stronger leader in his country than Barack Obama has been in this country”. “She’s just too quick to intervene, invade, or to push for regime change”, he said at the summit. And I said he’s a strong guy.

“Hillary Clinton has presided over the greatest series of foreign policy failures and blunders anyone has ever seen”. Hillary Clinton insisted she played by the rules.

Trump criticized US policy in Iraq from the time of Republican President George W. Bush, who ordered the American-led invasion in 2003 in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, al Qaeda attacks on the United States.

Trump emphasized in his interview with NBCs Matt Lauer that he did not necessarily endorse the political system Putin has erected, but again used the line of questioning to talk about the United States being a divided country because of comparatively weak leadership.

“We are ready to work with any president, but, of course-I also said this-to the extent that the future administration is ready”.

A Trump spokeswoman, Hope Hicks, suggested that Trump was not aware that King’s program was linked to the Russian-backed network. Meanwhile in New York, Clinton met with national security and foreign policy experts who are supporting her campaign to discuss terrorism.

“He might think he can have an impact at the margins, but I don’t believe that’s possible”, Morell said.

Trump was interviewed Thursday by Larry King, a veteran American journalist whose current show airs on RT America.

But pressed by Bash on the difference between the two nation’s governments – namely that in the United States democracy presidents share power with Congress, Pence acknowledged that Trump was not advocating for a dictatorship.

Clinton’s campaign announced on Friday that an additional 15 retired US generals and admirals were endorsing her, bringing the total number of endorsements by retired military leaders to 110.
