New information and footage is set to be shown for the likes of Star Wars: Battlefront, Disney Infinity, and Kingdom Hearts III, among others, at the Disney Interactive Presentation.

The new Star Wars characters will be available for purchase as well at £50 or $64.99 for the “Star Wars: Twilight” of the Republic Starter Pack that comes with the Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano figurines from the Clone Wars era. Star Wars Battlefront has been highly anticipated by Star Wars and gaming fans, and guests there will be able to experience it first hand.
Although we’ve already seen some previews for Disney Infinity, this event will offer our first look at an “augmented reality experience” that’s part of the game called the “Only in the Toy Box Experience”. Also to be given out are pre-released figures for the Infinity 3.0 Edition, as long as supplies last.
According to Zulai Serrano of iDigital Times, “Kingdom Hearts 3” game director Tetsuya Nomura revealed a couple of new details about the game and the worlds that it would contain. During his career, he helped realize Disney characters through a variety of media and products, from comics to character merchandising to video games. “Square Enix will also bring special guests and surprises to Hall D23 to reveal new information from KINGDOM HEARTS III“, said Disney in a press release. Marvel utilizes its character franchises in entertainment, licensing and publishing. That will often span movies, television, theme park memorabilia, and pretty much anything else Disney. Battlefront was playable at E3, and will be playable at Gamescom, so it would not be surprising if the game is playable at D23.
Each of the incoming Legends receives a 2-foot-tall bronze Disney Legends sculpture and will participate in a handprint ceremony at the August 14 event.
