More information is expected from Scenario Writer Kazushige Nojima when the full article hits news stands. With news on the game coming more often than ever, we will surely learn more about these changes very soon. Kitase indicated that some fans had already reached the right conclusion in suggesting that releasing the remake in any other way would have meant that essential bits of the game’s story would have to be eliminated. The current plan is to bring back the voice actors from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, though there is the chance that some characters will be recast.
