“No one was allowed to say “Jon Snow” on set, ever”. Well, he was pretty much dead, but Melisandre did everyone a solid and resurrected him, thus ending months of conspiracy theories and torment.
Talking in the video below, Kit Harington apologises for having to lie to fans, and promises that, “It’s a massive season for Jon. So I did end up letting people in, slowly”, the actor told Entertainment Weekly. But it wasn’t all bad, considering, you know, Harington was lying there almost naked. But I had to lie to a lot of close friends and cast members and crew.
Kit Harington also revealed that he feared the “Game of Thrones” fans would not care if Jon Snow is dead or that they would be fine with his character being dead.
As if there were any doubt.
Okay, there is a huge spoiler ahead, so if you haven’t seen the latest “Game of Thrones”, maybe it’s time for you to check out another story. Dude totally had us.
In the Gold Derby forums opinion was divided with Icky posting “So, Jon gets resurrected exactly the way everyone assumed?” It’s going to be a long week waiting to find out. Counters Courtney Smith, “we all knew it was coming, but I was still holding my breath and did a cheer when he opened his eyes”. Added to that, wardrobe materials, props, call sheets and screen breakdowns too never bore the name “Jon Snow”.
HBO airs “Game Of Thrones” season 6 on Sundays at 9 p.m. Jon Snow is back.

Showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss told him he was going to be revived just weeks after the cast got their season 5 scripts back in 2014, before swearing him to absolute secrecy.
